World Education, Inc. is a US-based non for profit organization aimed at improving the lives of marginalized people through education (formal & non formal) training, institutional development, and targeted technical assistance. The above position are available pending an award of a USAID/Ghana Education Learning Program. Position are full time and will be located in Accra Ghana.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage materials development process for capacity building training program;
- Coordinate efforts across components of the project;
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
Required Skills or Experience
- Master’s Degree in social sciences or relevant field degree preferred;
- 5-7 years’ experience in formal and non-formal education training and workshop facilitation for community-based interventions; and capacity building activities
- Experienced in training of trainers design, materials development and implementation for achievement of capacity building program objectives
