Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Productions and Engineering or HND
• 10-15 years experience in the Production Industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Draw up production schedules and monitor the production process
• To lead the development of new products and commercialize them
• Understand technological trends, changes, new materials and the introduction of innovative products
• Responsibility for compliance with system and procedures related to Quality Assurance
• Minimize customer complaints and control in house rejections
