Job Description
We believe that our clients, customers and consumers must be listened to and their needs, views and thoughts must shape our products and solutions. To this end, we seek highly motivated professionals in the above role, to join our team as we continue to expand our business operations across the sub region.
The successful candidate will be expected to drive sales, distribution and service excellence in specific zone of operation. The role is responsible for the following:
- Grow channels and distributor base
- Product sales and trade marketing
- Provide key market insights for decision making
- Maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching of team members
Required Skills or Experience
The ideal candidate:
- Passion for sales and ability to build winning teams
- Results oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision
- High persuasive ability and negotiation skills
- At least a strong first degree in any Social Science discipline or Marketing
