Best Western Premier Hotel in Accra seeks to fill the above position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To take orders from customers and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute
• To be totally familiar with the composition of all menu items
• To serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner
• To ensure that customers are correctly charges, present the bill and take payment from the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the establishment

Required Skills or Experience

• HND in Hospitality Management or related field plus 5 years relevant experience
• NVTI I & II plus 10 years experience in a similar position in 4-5 star hotel
• Good selling skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
