Your role/purpose:
Will be to ensure all flights are conducted safely in line with the laid down civil air regulations and operations manuals, while maintaining world class in-flight service in line with the laid down company procedures, standards and policies so as to guarantee customer satisfaction and a memorable in-flight experience for repeat business
Required Skills or Experience
- SSSCE Academic achievements with a mean grade of C plus and above or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age but not beyond 30 years
- Minimum physical height of 5.4 ft and maximum weight of 62kgs (Ladies), minimum height of 5.6ft and maximum weight of 70 kgs (Gentlemen)
- 100% Passion for customer service or Airline background
- Pleasant personality, warm Caring and friendly
- Strong team player of unquestionable integrity
- Excellent command of English
- Good command of French as an additional language is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a natural flair for hospitality
- Proficiency in use of IT
- Ability to swim
- Updated resume
- A recent full length photo, a recent 2 inches passport photo
- Copies of School, College or University Certificates
- Copy of National ID
