Job Description
A reputable Oil and Gas Construction Company with offices in Accra and Takoradi is inviting applications from qualified and capable persons for the position below.
Job Role:
- Responsible for achieving the efficiency, integrity/reliability, and availability of all equipment and machinery deployed for the company business. Design and implement cost effective maintenance strategies, analyze maintenance costs, and implement time critical and replacement programmes.
Required Skills or Experience
Career Experience:
Must have had a minimum of ten (10) years work experience on Earth Moving Equipment and machinery.
(2)Health, Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) Manager
Job Role:
- Develop a high-level Strategic Implementation Programme that consistently enables the company to stay compliant with industry, institutional and statutory standards and to move from its current HSSE state to achieve strategic objectives.
- Evaluate the status of existing HSSE management systems and recommend appropriate integrated programmes to address companywide risks.
Required Skills or Experience
Career Experience:
- A minimum of ten (10) years experience in managing HSSE in the Oil and Gas industry with at least three (3) years of experience as a HSSE Manager
- HSE Design experience
- Exposure to and interfacing with regulatory bodies
- Experience in the assessment of Major Incident Hazards
- Experienced with a wide variety of processes and machinery (onshore)
