Job Description
Our Client is currently looking for PA to CEO to join their team.
Duties to include:
- Diary management
- Taking telephone calls and dealing with suppliers
- Managing and co-ordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing management reports
- Stationary management
- General office administration
Key Skills:
- Organised / Motivated / Excellent Communicator
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Key Qualifications:
- Secretarial Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
Salary:
$1000 p/month plus fuel and vehicle maintenance (Must have own Vehicle)
