Job Description

Our Client is currently looking for PA to CEO to join their team.

Duties to include:

  • Diary management
  • Taking telephone calls and dealing with suppliers
  • Managing and co-ordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing management reports
  • Stationary management
  • General office administration

Key Skills:

  • Organised / Motivated / Excellent Communicator
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Key Qualifications:

  • Secretarial Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role

Salary:

$1000 p/month plus fuel and vehicle maintenance (Must have own Vehicle)
