Our Client is currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

Duties to include:

• Manage advertising, promotions and merchandising of the retail outlet
• Oversee sales and monthly targets
• Preparation of budgets and management reports
• Liaise and negotiate with key suppliers
• Oversee deliveries
• Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Supervise and manage staff
• Training and development of staff

Key Skills:

• Team Leader / Initiative / Driven / Motivated
• Willing to work odd hours

Key Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years progressive experience, and must be currently at a similar level
• Relevant qualifications in retail management
