Our client seeks to appoint a finance Manager who will contribute towards service delivery systems and ensure the achievement of the company targets. Develop and maintain strategic alliances with various stakeholders. Manage the budget preparation and implementation thereof and provide technical expertise in this regard.
Requirements
B Comm Degree
CA or equivalent qualification will be added advantage
At least 5 years experience in a Senior Management position
The ability to provide supportive leadership to the Accounting Office (CEO) and the Senior Management Team
The ability to understand and manage risk
Strategic and operational financial management including financial performance reporting requirements
Knowledge of the MFMA, the Housing Act, the Social Housing Act and other legislation applicable to municipalities
