Descrption
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
* Candidate must hold a diploma in geology from a reputable institution.
* The candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience preferably in Platinum mining.
* Competent in relevant standards and procedures.
* Basic computer literacy (Excel. WORD, AUTO cad and dispatch).
* Knowledge of mining software will be an added advantage.

Requirements
Purpose of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting underground grade control, supervising and coaching subordinates. The successful candidate will also be responsible for co-ordinating sampling operations underground.
Major Outputs
* Operational support – Geology: underground grade control and sampling
* Maintains adherence to Safety and Health requirements of the company
* Good relations as well as support and supervision of team members.
* Administration to include geology related document control and administration systems, such as plans and grade reports.
