Job Description

The Role:

Building a deep understanding of customers, channels and shopper segments in his/her category/ geography and effectively deploy all category mixes in the market, where relevant
Playing a leading role in providing local insight to the Category Brand Building Community
Leading the execution of the non innovation led growth agenda for the Brands in the community
Providing inputs to volume forecasting, financial updates and also monitoring of key indicators to drive brand performance (6Ps) in the category for the Business Unit

Required Skills or Experience


A good first degree or an equivalent qualification from a reputable university
Documentary proof of having fulfilled the National Service obligation
A minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience in FMCG business
Skills/ Competencies:
Candidates must have excellent communication and inter- personal skills
Must demonstrate considerable numeric and analytical skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Power point, Excel and Word
